Small bonus: This weekend coincides with the “Thanksgiving” weekend in the US, which opens the holiday season there with delicious, very specific desserts that as Franco-Americans we will be happy to. make you discover. We will thus open the holiday season with vegan and healthy desserts that will convince you that health and pleasure can come together and that will delight your guests!
What you will learn:
Preparation of winter soups and salads to nourish the lungs and the immune system (you will make your sauerkraut: bring a canning jar to take home)… fricassees, stews in tajines or cast iron casseroles, stuffings and terrines and… desserts to celebrate worthily the holiday season!
