    Basic principles and benefits of lacto-fermentation to strengthen the immune and digestive system. Yoghurts, nut cheeses, sauerkraut; lacto-fermented vegetables…

Cost

$50 per class or $120 for all three classes. Pre-registration with non refundable deposit of $20 per class required.

    TUESDAYS 5:30PM- 7PM; Start July 11th. Class is for all levels and designed to teach good posture and alignment.

  • Slow Flow with Didier

    WEDNESDAY 7AM-8AM; Starts July 12th. Rise and shine, slow flow, to start the morning with a smile!
