What is Qigong?

Those who maintain a consistent practice of Qigong find that it helps regain vitality, maintain health even into old age and speed recovery from illness.  

 

Qigong is for all fitness levels. Bring folding chair or blanket if standing is a challenge and wear comfortable clothing.
